"They were doing major construction but they kept it so clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful."

"I cannot recommend this location in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. The room was very dirty. The hot tub was unusable and the guests were unruly until wee hours of the morning. The windows have never been washed. The hot tub had filth coming out of its jets and the bottom of the bed frame looks like it had never been wiped down. The place is definitely in need of some TLC and for what I paid a night $169. I am completely unsatisfied."

"This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Pics on the website were NOT AT ALL what you get. Staff were pleasant, but that’s it!!! The place and people that were getting rooms there were very sketchy! My teenage Grandchildren were absolutely terrified being there! I will never step foot in there again. Bed was HORRIBLE, Cable TV never worked the whole 2 nights we were there. Carpeting was so disgusting!"

"One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions."

"Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Love the full sized refrigerator and making our own ice. Cannot say we've ever stayed where there are cooking burners- absolutely coming back when staying more than a night in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"For the budget we were on this hotel was above all my expectations. It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way.
