"The property is small and very comfortable. It's located in Bo Kaep, a lovely neighborhood known for its colorful houses and Muslim community. It's walkable to the waterfront and other places. The rooms are suites, with kitchen and sitting areas. Besides being well maintained and having a great breakfast included, the staff is excellent. Every person I met was friendly and helpful. "The property was easy to locate, secure, and basic. They do not have a masssive kitchen to which your goods can be placed but a tiny fridge which only staff have access to. No eating in the rooms. Our private room was lovely and had towels, blankets, and a fan. The beds were cozy and the individual lights at the bunk beds were perfect for our children. The restaurant downstairs is good.
