"When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. "The staff was great! very friendly made me feel welcome and helped me with any questions or concerns. Housekeeping was an additional plus they were amazing as well. Enjoyed Both restaurants at the hotel including the rooftop pool. Location is super convenient. Can be a bit noisy during certain nights, but they do offer ear plugs. Overall Will stay again. "

"Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing area for drinks/tapas. Spacious clean & secure room with view of Table Mountain. Pick-up airport service (booked through hotel but not included in room rate) was efficient and friendly. The hotel is a long & somewhat complicated walk from the V&A waterfront and the cruise terminal. "Great location and really nice hotel "

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"Very nice room and hotel. Area ok to walk in, good restaurants nearby. AC didnt quite work as well as we hoped but think maybe it wasnt offered during "summer" months. Only had free breakfast in restaurant - staff friendly but service not great. Had to track down and pour our own coffee 2 out of 3 days"
