Brilliant hotel overall. The location was a little tricky to find at first, but once there it was nice. The rooms were modern, very clean, and spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. I must say the breakfast was excellent — a great variety of options and very high quality, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pretty basic. Very business like hotel. It was pretty full and busy fo a small place so getting a breakfast table was a short wait. Great location with lots of exciting “V & A attractions” and a shuttle bus service provided.

Polite and helpful staff made our stay very memorable. The shuttles are convenient to get into town on hot days. We walked back to the hotel when it was pleasant weather which took about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one can also add freshly cooked eggs or avocado toast on top of the lavish selection. The pool was decent but there were no parasols to shade under so it was way too hot in the summer sun. There is the option of the private shuttle to and from the airport which we took three times. They were timely and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a peace of mind and welcoming faces.

The hotel itself is clean, and the common areas are well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that the location is quite remote — it’s not walkable to any nearby attractions or shops, so transportation is necessary to get around. Overall, it’s a nice property

Great location in Cape Town.

Reasonably safe location in Cape Town in waterfront area. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was relatively new. Staff were enthusiastic.

Great hotel, location is tricky, though -- looks very close to V&A Waterfront on the map, but effectively walking there will take you ~20 minutes crisscrossing the canals.
