"It was an awesome time!"

"The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again."

"I had a wonderful time! my room was bright and clean and roomy . The pool was refreshing and comfortable to lounge at a couple of times when I was only person there. (my ideal peaceful place). bikes to use, a breakfast spot attached next door and everything in easy walking distance. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!"

"Everything and everyone we came into contact with was great. We did report a couple issues we to the front desk our first morning there. These had to do with the sofa/bed and computer chair being very worn; torn; or stuffing coming out. Our guess is the maintenance had not been informed of the issues that needed addressed. The computer chair was replaced the 1st day of our stay. The room could use a little TLC regarding the sofa and the carpet but everything else regarding the hotel was...

"Customer service from Hotel staff, including the staff at Maryjane’s restaurant was exceptional. Taylor Celeste checked us in & was a gem. My wife suffers from debilitating neuropathy from chemotherapy, our room wasn’t quite ready, she led us to a little and very comfortable lounge, made sure that my wife was comfortable and gave us each a complimentary adult beverage. She was incredibly friendly and kind. That small gesture was the start of a great stay. Our room wasn’t awesone, clean, great...

"We booked with the explicit intention of staying for walkable access to the gaslamp district. Did not disappoint. Very clean and nice room! Only thing kind of a drag was parking (valet only), but thats anywhere in this area. I would definitely stay again!!!"

"Friendly staffs, clean rooms"

"Long elevator wait time, and constantly crowded elevators. Also, the pool area was horrible. Tons of empty reserved seating, while many people had to sit in the grass, along the sides. The reservation seating system is a disaster. It should be first come first serve on the normal chairs and reservations for the day beds or cabanas. There were over 50 regular chairs that had reserved labels on them, but were empty for most of the day, while dozens of people had to sit on the ground, grass, etc....
