"Clean rooms with lots of space. The garden was peaceful and the thermal spa that came with the room was very enjoyable. Being a short drive into town was also a bonus."

"A very nice motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The neighbourhood felt safe and was also very quiet. It's a little ways out from the main town by foot, but is still only a 3 min drive from the main shops and restaurants. It's clear they've put money into upkeep - the backyard is nicely manicured and kept up, and the rooms are in good shape. It's not a 5 star hotel but for the price and for it being a motel, it's excellent. "

"Lovely motel right on the lake. Quiet, comfortable and clean room which was a good size, with good amenities and a nice balcony and lake views.The staff were lovely and very helpful. Taupo is a lovely town with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. Plenty to do."

"Nice one bedroom apartment. Like the living room and free laundry facility; however, the dryer was not working well, it took more than an hour still couldn't dry a medium size load. It only has one washer and one dryer.The property is just across from the lake, but not too many restaurants around the area. "

"Clean room, pool was clean and warm, the bbq was great for making meals onsite, staff were attentive to our needs. Eco friendly! We had a great time! "

"Room was clean, didn't use the aircon, tried the iron in the room, however it had some sticky residue on it, therefore not useable as it would have stuck to the item I was trying to iron."

"We couldn’t get into motels until after 7pm ( Ironman event) we wanted to changed date to another weekend but receptionist wouldn’t let us. So we didn’t stay long, very expensive stay. "

"We loved the location in Taupo, the thermal baths, the views! The owner was exceptionally nice and provided lots of helpful information. It was also well equipped for us to be self-sufficient while seeing all of the sights in the area."
