"We had a corner room which gave us additional room space. Had everything you needed, including a fridge. The room was also well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with the hotel being European, some of the options were not what we were used to. "

"Great location, friendly staff, best part is easy access to public transport, massive complexes and with street food hall. Room was spacious, clean tidy, complementary water bottles, clean bathroom and toilets. Just one very minor thing blankets/duvets small in length for big n tall guy 😂 "

"Location was only a 5minute walk to the beach. There was few parking spots however were full both days we stayed therefore we had to look for street parking. Checking in was easy but there were no internet. We emailed the host on second day but never heard back. The unit is small but sufficient for a 2 night stay. The kitchenette was useful and the pull-out couch was actually quite comfortable. "

I sent emails, used the Contact Property option via hotels.com, called the office number several times but there was no response. The day prior to our flight we received one email asking us to submit details such as passport number. "This property was not available and the host would not answer a call, so I ended up having to stay elsewhere for the night. Luckily l, Expedia refunded me, but on the day of my arrival I had no place to stay for a moment, so this was a terrible experience. Do not rent there."
