"The hotel room was falling apart. Water stains all over the ceiling and cracks that looked like the ceiling was going to fall in. Handle broken off the bath/shower knob. Toilet paper holders rusty and falling off the wall. Mold on floor behind toilet. My reservation through 3rd party said I could cancel up to date of. I tried to cancel my second night prior to my trip and was told that I could not so I had to pay for the room that I did not use the second night."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were amazing and my stay was perfect. "

"Breakfast was good. The only thing i missed was an unsweetened cereal. Raisin bran was there but do no eat raisins."

"The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned before use in one room. In the other room we reserved it had a smoke odor that they tried to cover up with disinfectant. The amenities left in the room were used. When we asked the staff to clean the bathroom they said they would- we asked at least 5 times and they said they would but never did."

"Check in went very smoothly. The only instant that I had was later in the evening when I needed an extra sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa. I went downstairs and asked for them. A woman was there. (she was not the one who checked me in.) when I asked for the blanket and sheet, she said there were some already in the room. I replied that there wasn't any that I could find. She insisted that they were in a closet in the room at that point I wondered if I missed a closet so I said. "OK, I'll go back up to my room and check again." I went back up into my room. I checked all the closet space and all the drawers. I looked everywhere. There were no blankets or sheets to be found so I had to go all the way back downstairs again. I talked to the woman again and I told her that I" I did a thorough check just like I did before, and there were absolutely no blankets or sheets anywhere in the room" her response to me was "Are you sure?" I did not reply. I just looked at her, I literally could not believe she was asking me that. I was very disappointed in her response. Eventually, she turned around and got me the blankets in the sheets aside from that my day was fine, but it really did create a negative experience for me in regards to this particular hotel. She should've believe me the first time and not have me go back-and-forth to my room and the lobby"
