"The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day."

"The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC"

"We had a lovely stay overall but the hotel was definitely showing its age a little and some of the decor was a bit faded etc. but the staff were friendly and we had no issues. Just not quite up to the M Gallery standard I have seen at other locations."

"Everything was great. This was our second time staying here due to the helpfulness of staff and the great location. The only issue I had this time was a malfunctioning public toilet in the back of the main area near the orders train bridge that made walking through there so, so awful. Luckily, going that way isn ’t necessary, but it still probably should have been addressed before it got to that state. Still, I understand not everything can be controlled, and everything else about our trip was perfect. I will return here when I am in Cologne again."
