"La chambre était vraiment incroyable, nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel et la décoration de la chambre été vraiment parfaite. Le service est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, repas et petit déjeuner excellent et servi en chambre. La vu sur les rizières est à coupé le souffle. Je recommande fortement."

"Out of nowhere. Impossible to get a driver to take us out for dinner. Food was really bad. We were only one of two rooms booked, so that might be why they didn’t really into serving us well. Hotel was no help for a driver as well which was a bit frustrating. Nice pool though. Rooms were decent. "

"Calidad precio inmejorable. Nos alejamos 2 adultos y un niño, las otras 2 habitaciones estaban vacias y fue xomo tener una villa para nosotros. En mitad de la nada es bonito pasear alrededor y disfrutar del jardin. El dueño fue muy simpatico. Cerca del templo con las puertas del cielo, es ideal para un grupo de amigos tambien, con zona exterior para cocinar y cenar, no demasiado limpio pero compensa todo el resto con creces. No hay desayuno pero el señor nos trajo zumos y algo de comer muy bueno...

"This locally owned Villa and Cottage accommodations are great value. I stsyed in an ocean front room, great views and clean. This is a no-frills place to stay, no TVs but it has Wifi. There is an on-site warung/restaurant and the food is delicious and well priced. There are loads of warungs within walking distance and lots of drivers to take you into Candi if the 2km walk is not your thing. The best part of the stay was the wonderful staff. "

"This could be a great property. The ocean views are beautiful and the grounds are expansive. While our room looked nice on the surface, there were many things that needed attention and replacement. Bath towels were badly frayed and pool towels were no better. The AC struggled to cool the room with high ceilings. One wardrobe door didn't latch properly, and the staff used a folded piece of paper towel wedged between the door and its frame to keep it closed. The included breakfast had 5 or 6...

"Okay so I was SO hesitant to book this place at first — zero reviews on Expedia, which honestly made me nervous. But I did a bit of digging on Google and a few other sites, saw some good signs, and figured I’d just go for it. Best decision ever, no cap. The rooms? Spotless. The staff? Genuinely so sweet and helpful the whole stay. The pool was perfect for chilling after a long day, and the spa basically fixed my whole life lol, 10/10 would recommend. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be. Just book it, you won’t regret it. Ulu Valley Retreat deserves way more hype than it’s getting rn!"
