"We were upgraded to an apartment which gave us an extra half bath and private bedroom for me and my wife. My son was traveling with us. The concierge was very helpful with parking our car and getting luggage up and down to the two rooms I had booked for the family. The breakfast was high quality and complimentary food was available most of the day since we were in the apartments behind the gold wall with a private elevator for those with apartments. Very nice stay with ample staff."

"The location is great- a two minute walk from Duomo and San Babila. The room needs major upgrade. Good size but old. Also walls are thin so I heard people in the next room shouting very early in the morning."

"Great hotel and well located. Breakfast at the top floor restaurant is good, with an amazing view on the city. The chicken we ordered via room service was tasteless though. Warning: the hotel is trying to book you a 140 Euro fixed rate taxi to the airport while the Milan official rate is 114 Euro if you ask them to call a public taxi."

"The shuttle to the city center is a great feature and the convenience to the train station. When you take day tours the meeting point is next to the hotel which is very convenient. Rooftop bar location is good overlooking the central station beautiful architecture. Room is great size. Bathroom needs to be more maintained, found some mold in the shower. Quiet room considering it’s located close to the train station. Breakfast is included but surprised didn’t offer the eggs Benedict in the package which is usually included in 5 star hotels. The Salt room, ice room & sauna is a great feature with free access when you’re a guest along with the gym."
