"It was lovely accommodation.
Really nice location.
A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet.
The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on.
That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well."

"Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel.
The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table.
Regardless we had a lovely stay thank you"

"Lovely clean hotel with great views of the moon and sunrise from our ocean view room. Parking was easy. Took us a few attempts to get into the hotel from the carpark as the door latch seem to catch a little. Room was clean and well appointed with a comfy bed. TV took a while to respond and it took me a while to realise I needed to wait for it. Great amenities in the shower, though someone had already opened and used the bath salts that were provided. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night. "

"This was the third time we have stayed at 315 Euro and having stayed in the full range of accommodation available.
We have been really impressed with the cleanliness, lovely comfortable beds and friendly staff.
Great location right in town, surrounded by a variety of food choices and shopping but still set back from the noise.
