"My room was spacious with a kitchenette and all that I expect from an upscale hotel. The staff were gracious and most helpful. Detractors? Lots of walking within the hotel to find your room. Be able to lift your luggage over one or two steps."

"Place was a great location and loved the layout and aesthetics of the hotel. A few issues with our room/hallway itself- room wasn't cleaned too well as we found a empty fifth of whiskey under one bed, bathroom light was out which the rooms light didn't offer much, the exterior doors being secured each night was a hit or miss, and seemed to have deferred maintenance from water damage on the hallway from the our bathroom."

"Room was clean and spacious. Only two pillows on the bed, could do with more. Although I am sure if we had enquired we would have been given more. We were on the 5th floor and it was a Saturday night, it was noisy with music until early hours of the morning. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was good value and I would stay again."

"On arrival the reception staff were not engaging or helpful. On departure the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the bar were lovely. There were some dusty areas in the bedroom especially the television. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. One of the lifts was out of order so the wait to leave was always 5 minutes or more. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and everything was fresh and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Overall it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to stay again in the future."

"We stayed in a family room for a night after travelling back from Florida, before driving home. We had a family room, which was on the 6th floor with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The room has very little room but adequate for 1 night. Ther are very few plugs or any usb/c's so we had to plug them in the other side of the room. The bed was very soft but the sofa bed was not very comfortable for our adult son, but we were all tired. We picked this hotel because of the location to the airport, just a quick walk under the covered walk way and just over the road from the airports car park. The breakfast was good with hot and cold food, juice and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely look at staying there again."
