"All of the stuff were incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone I passed said good morning good day every time. The breakfast was okay the Omelette bar was exactly as I ordered so that's really good. The hotel is older so there were stains on the ceiling but the rooms were clean. However there was a really odd smell in the room again rooms are super clean the hotel was cleaning the staff were really nice the breakfast was good but the hotel room had a weird smell"

"This hotel offers a traditional experience, with a complementary happy hour and delicious breakfast. All the rooms have lots of space and are very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that it is an older property and you can tell. While the building is definitely due for some updates, the helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff makes up for that. This is the only place I will stay in Lubbock!"

"We had a horrible start to our visit to Lubbock . The visit to the country inn and suites was last minute after we left our first hotel right after check in. We could not stay there. When we arrived at the country inn and suites, the staff was friendly and helpful, our first room had a few issues, but the staff was immediate to respond and took care of us. We were placed in a new room and the rest of our stay was very good. Their maintenance team was very quick and friendly as well. 10 outta 10!"
