"Good clean rooms and the breakfast was very good! Outside benches need some cushions for sure. Bar needs a little better selection of hard alcohol. Staff was very nice check in was easy, Rooms nice and quiet and spacious. We will stay again when in Lubbock"

"I think they need to hire a maintenance crew. The door knob to our room was almost coming off the door (I looked at other rooms' doors but did not touch them. I saw another busted one). The faucet was not anchored completely in the sink, one of the towel hangers had been pulled out of the wall and a hole was visible, the door stopper was missing from the back of the bathroom door, there was water damage at both ends of the tub (can blame this on people not closing curtain properly, but still, it's visible, paint had peeled off one side. Next morning I noticed only one elevator was opening. While the other always read flood one. Purely speculation by me, but I suspect the second one was out of order. This was all strange since it appeared to be a fairly new building. All these issues here but, the staff was very nice."
