The room was full of construction dust, uneven shower floor, toilet handle sticking with water running and breakfast was late on the weekend. Bed was really comfortable, lovely automatic blinds (but no instructions), TV size was good, nice cable services.

Checked in and then had to switch room due to spoiled food in the fridge, and a foul smell in the room. Second room also had a filthy fridge. The facility tried to tell me they could not accommodate another room since I booked through a third party. I did let them know, this is a facility issue, and not an Expedia issue. I will not be returning here.

Several things in the room were broken and or not working properly; the blinds didn’t function properly, the secondary shower nozzle was broke, the toilet ran the entire time, and two of electrical outlets didn’t function properly. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The staff really made the stay as good as it could have been. Trevor was so friendly and kind! The other staff were too but Trevor stood out. The pool and hottub are outdoor and not offered year round so I was sad about the amenities being less than advertised. The building itself is in very poor condition and honestly I was shocked for an IHG hotel to be in such bad shape. Wear shows all over the building, but our first room had a broken faucet mechanism so the water only ran as a bath with no shower. The staff did great about getting us another room easily though. Our second room had everything functioning but stains on the carpet and the room was so humid it felt like sleeping on wet sheets. We were able to get an additional blanket from staff easily, but the added blanket had a huge yellow stain on it. At this point we stopped bothering staff as we could tell it wasn't their fault these issues kept presenting themselves. We put towels over the bed and sheets and it was comfortable enough for one night of sleep. We would not stay here again, but the staff at least did their best to make it through one night. I'd encourage IHG to invest money in updating this building.

Check in staff took my card and gave me keys. Did not tell us when or when breakfast was. Did not tell us where the elevator was. Seemed like an inconvenience for her. Bathtub plug stopper broken. Toilet needs maintenance- doesn’t fill after flush. Not a great stay.
