This is not true. The hotel did not have water the first day due to a leak, but water was restored the second day.

There is no excuse for your microwave not being plugged in. I will discuss this with the Executive Housekeeper when she returns tomorrow. I do apologize for that happening. Thank you for completing the survey. I checked the PTAC unit myself, upon your departure, there was no mold on the unit. The units are cleaned each time a guest stays and leaves. Additionally, we had just sprayed the unites, so I was concerned about it possibly being mold, however, it was still the chemical on it. It should have not been there. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. Our breakfast until March 31, 2023, our breakfast included eggs, bacon/sausage, and toast, as well as biscuits and gravy. Choice Hotels changed our breakfast which now consists of required items: waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. I truly wish that we had our former breakfast but the chain mandates what we can serve. I am sure it will be changed once again, in the not so distant future, however, I truly have no way of knowing.
