"Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again."

"Sub-standard for the price. The rooms were nice enough but it’s pretty soul less. It’s unstaffed and the breakfast was underwhelming. For that price it’s not okay to have paper plates and cups (and it’s not environmentally friendly either). I chose it for the parking but there is adequate street parking in L’Acquila."

"You really don’t see this level of service any more. Isabella and Marco are incredible hosts and their attention to detail and hospitality are like something from a bygone era. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni."

"The owner was really helpful and kind, and the B&B has a beautiful concept behind it. The simple Italian breakfast was also great. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs. I cannot confirm this for certain, but I strongly recommend that the owner thoroughly...
