"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to...

"I guess you get what you pay for, but for not much more you can have cleanliness, peace, and comfort, so this seems not worth it. First, despite signs saying no smoking, the whole place reeked of weed. You could smell it from the street, even with car windows up. Parts of the floor, the bathtub, and the sheets and pillowcases were either stained or visibly dirty. The bathtub was definitely dirty, and so was the inside of the freezer, with lots of debris. I had been looking forward to a hot bath...

"The staff were absolutely wonderful and would be the reason I went back. There were no black out curtains, so if sleeping in is the plan, look elsewhere. Air conditioner was not as responsive as it should have been. "

"The guy who checked us in had an attitude from the start didnt make me feel welcome it was just a quick stay for me until the morning so i can drive home so i didnt care much but the room the mattress was hard tv wasn't working had to with rooms and there was a roach in my room also ewwww i couldn't wait for sunlight to checkout i got what i payed for guess"
