From check-in to check out, the dtaff were excellent. In particular our welcome from Larbi st chrck-in was exceptional. A rare experience but very much appreciated! Staff were attentive at breakfast and always available to assist or proffering table clearing service. I could not recommend this hotel more highly!

I’m amazed with how amazing the staff are at Aloft Abu Dhabi Hotel. A big shout out to Romy and Nicole for being so lovely and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, we were really sick during our time at Abu Dhabi, but these two made our stay very comfortable.

Great size rooms, energetic vibe, outdoor pool has an excellent vibe and service/food around the pool area (including for dinner) excellent at a reasonable price. Abu Dhabi a spread out city so location outside centre is fine, central relative to sites (palace, Grand Mosque), airport and theme parks. Highly recommend.

I like the rooms in Aloft hotels. Good value. Staff pleasant and friendly. The decoration near the lift is horrible ! Too busy - it’s like a kids play area. Terrible choice. My coffee machine didn’t work - I was only there one night so couldn’t be sorted in time. But I informed reception. The smell of the room was slightly unpleasant. Like a musty damp smell. All in all -I would stay again as it’s a good value room in Abu Dhabi !

We stayed at the hotel on July 28th under the name Hannah Hason, and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find our reservation for two rooms and insisted we had only booked one. After a long argument, they finally found the second room under a different name—despite both rooms being under the same booking. The rooms were also very far apart, which made things difficult for our family. The staff promised to upgrade our room due to the mistake, but never did. We also requested a crib for our baby and were given an unsafe, hammock-like setup—not a proper crib. Worst of all, my wife was injured at the pool due to loose tiles and suffered a deep cut in her foot. Nearly a week later, she’s still in pain. No one from the hotel has responded to our complaint. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
