As mature senior traveler i never expect to be treated with disrespect from a staff of a hotel based on race or clothes. Very rude staff name (shiva) not wearing security uniform questioning if we registered with the id before going up while clearly he sees the key cards in our hand. Im at 50s and i expect respect in such name hotel. While leaving dosens of teenagers going up and down without questioning them. Is it based on what we wearing or its pure racism. Didn't expect that from such hotel name

Good hotel. Good location without a car
Excellent, luxury hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Large room with mini fridge. Poorly designed bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. A simple longer shower curtain that reaches all the way around three sides of the tub would fix the problem. Perfect location about 12 minute walk to central bus station for trip to airport and Dubai. Local bus no. 24 stops at corner and runs to the Grand Mosque in one direction and to the Marina mall in the other. Must pay by tap card which can be purchased ONLY by cash at a machine at the bus station, for example. There are restaurants and a grocery store at a very short walk from the hotel and a pedestrian tunnel to cross the main road.

The hotel is ina very good location for central AbuDhabi. Was very convenient for travelling to the AbuDhabi Corniche, restaurants, shopping etc. Wahda Mall is nearby. The hotel is clean and room facilities are great. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The downsides are: 1. There are no restaurants inside the hotel. You have to go outside for even breakfast. 2. There is a nightclub on the top floor and we could hear the loud sound two floors below. The staff were kind to move us to the lower floors.

The staff in the hotel are very nice and helpful at all times. The hotel does have a club on the 14th floor and the 15th floor. You can hear the bass of the club all the way in your room every night until 4 am which is when they close. It is so hard to get a good night sleep. You are basically almost in the club while you are in the room trying to sleep.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful but there’s a club on the 14th floor and the 15th floor. These clubs are extremely loud with very loud bass. You can hear the bass through your room all the way until 4 am which is when they close. This is so disturbing and makes it so hard to sleep. The rooms are fantastic for the price point but those clubs make it very tough to sleep with the bass playing through your room.

Gym and pool are only open after 9am most days and after 10am Wednesday and Thursday. For most business travellers, that's typically next to useless as we need to work out before the workday / conference.starts. I booked this hotel primarily because of the pool / gym but had no idea it wouldn't be open during useful hours. Please advertise the opening hours for the facilities more clearly so that people can decide to go elsewhere.

Location is good, room was nice and comfy. The staff was super friendly! They have a free valet parking. However, I had a joint room with a crying baby next door and I could hear him all night long! I couldn’t sleep. Otherwise I’d give it another chance.

One of the most convenient stay I’ve ever had, everything was exceptional the staff were helpful and very friendly. They have upgraded my room once i checked inn. The hotel had 2 clubs yet it wasn’t too noisy and rooms were quiet, everything had been taken care of

Would not stay there again.
The fire alarm went off twice in the night fir the building. The elevators ding constantly. Way too noisy. And the hallways smell like a bad strong perfume.

Precio calidad aceptable, limpio, céntrico, facilidades para comunicarte en taxi con los atractivos turísticos. No cuenta con comedor, tiene una pequeña cafetería. La atención del personal es la esperada comercialmente. No me agradó que el agua caliente de la ducha se termina mucho antes de concluir el baño. Las habitaciones no son acogedoras
