Enjoyed the location on the water, it was nice to walk along the boardwalk. There is a market in the 1st building which was convenient. Building was safe and clean, rooms were comfortable and location was close to the theme parks. Building has a doorman.

We had major roaches infestation in the apartment. The management tried to spray but that didn't fix the issue . We asked for replacement and was told that they can't replace the unit . The apartment wasn't cleaned when we moved in . They sent a cleaning crew to clean it afterwards.

The property was in excellent condition. However, we didn’t have hot water and duvet until our last day. It took so much effort to get the hot water and a duvet. It was very cold. We were so cold for two days and layered ourselves with clothes in the night and we became sick. Everything improved when we spoke to a personal from Silkhaus. I think his name was Bosco.
