"Stayed here on consecutive weeks. Last week I called the front desk to request water. Those water bottles were never delivered. I ended walking to the ADNOC next door and buying water. Last night called and requested water, an hour or so later I had to call and remind them. I like the hotel but these are pretty simple tasks"

They have two parts of this hotel ( old and new ) I had to be pushy and ask to be moved to the new part and after some discussion the front office staff agreed ! Sadly there were some renovation going on and I had to call security to stop the drilling as it kept going till 11.30 pm !"

"It is a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay there again. A couple of issues I had were that the entrance is near enough impossible to find via Google / Careem / Uber. The road in front is almost entirely blocked as there were building works going on. I also had an issue with in room dining in which I called the restaurant and reception well over 10 times and they never picked up. "Perfect location. Apt room was very big nice with everything you need. I recommend it. The only issue was the valet parking service. I was asked when I need my car back and i said in 30 minutes i was told that its difficult to bring back the car because the parking is so far. I should be able to get my car anytime i want. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"The place is ran down... The only good things are the amazing and helpful staff (they really try to make the stay as good as possible) and food. Other than that the place is crying for renovation. Beds are comfortable though."
