"The porter was really good but front desk was awful, every request wasn’t even sent to who needs to hear them, we asked for room service and hours later room service came asking if we were ready, turns out they were never even informed, this happened 3 days in a row, front desk treated us like we weren’t even guests.. but every other staff was awesome and timely when asked directly, sink and shower was clogged from day one and when called again front desk did nothing and had to go down to ask...
"This place is amazing incredibly beautiful absolutely the best food in Abuja. There is no comparison to any other Stay than this property. The staff was incredibly kind and you could tell they take pride in their business. I felt safe and secure and I will always come back to them. The room was immaculate room service incredibly amazing and I love the stuff so much. The artwork was so beautiful and I cannot wait to come back to Nigeria just to stay with these guys."
