The management of this hotel was extremely poor the 2 managers were very incompetent and only seem to care about income
The staff were very young and seemed inexperienced - but they were nice and helpful
The hotel ruined my special milestone birthday plans by cancelling my tour /activities the night before my birthday via email and offered no alternative or compensations – I asked them to re-arrange a complementary tour or activity to for my special day and all I was offered was a free glass of juice.
When ordering food from the restaurant they kept charging my card twice and was extremely slow at refunding my money even though they could see the error.
I Paid for a taxi to collect me from the airport and to take me back at the end of my holiday – on checking out the receptionist informed me that they had no recorded of me paying – I had to show here my receipts that I had made the payment before I had left London – they also accused me of having and outstanding food bill – for food that was ordered when was not event present at the hotel
If you have to stay at this hotel – don’t order any food /drinks or use your bank cards – there are plenty of restaurants or take away near by
