It was a lovely stay that I had at Urbano Hotel - a beautifully and clean hotel with very warm and helpful staff. If I visit Accra again, Urbano will still be my choice.

Everything was great. Service top-notch. Restaurant on site is a plus. There are other eating places only steps away. Atm is nearby. Also have a gym you can use at sister hotel 3min walk. Excellent service. 12noon check out

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel provided excellent service, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable.

Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again.

Nice hotel for a couple of days stay. Would not recommend for a long stay. Good location on very busy Oxford St. very expensive food, especially breakfast. Bed and pillows are extra firm. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. One staff member was very creepy. He would undress me with his eyes. Very uncomfortable and I was glad to leave. AC worked well but towards end of my stay it got warmer until it just stopped working. Someone came to fix it but it still was warm. Bathroom constantly smelled of sewage.

Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level. My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra.

I didn't have enough time to explore the hotel. I was there for four hours to connect a flight. I did enjoy my lunch which was so delicious. I hope to spend a good time on my next visit.

I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana.
