"Helpful staff; comfortable room"

"We checked in and checked out on the same day in a matter of hours. We ended up at Kempinski Hotel which was better than this place. This is a motel 6 at best. We booked the superior room but the room we were given had stains and was dirty. I called the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room we had booked. "This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Clean room, some of staff friendly, breakfast is good, spa is good. Property needs better maintenance."

"Frankly, I did not like anything about my stay at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The property is poorly maintained and need remodeling. All around the property I immediately noticed worned tables, paint peeling, and broken or old equipment. My room had bugs which I reported. My shower was an old fashioned tub shower. I recommend the closing of the hotel for a major remodel. I moved to the La Babadi Beach Hotel for the remainer of my stay."
