"Hay que darle tiempo al hotel. No hay mucho personal, desayuno pésimo, buffet no estaba disponible, helados y frappe y el coffe shop abren tarde… No like"

"This resort was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well kept. The amenities were awesome. They had so much more than just the pool and bar. It had a gym, volleyball court, ping pong table, badminton net, so plenty of things to do! Of course the beach side was lovely. 10/10 would recommend staying here."

"The rooms are small but spotless and equipped with everything you need. Although the hotel looks small from the outside, it's surprisingly spacious inside and very well maintained. The staff is outstanding, especially the gentleman at the front desk whose name I unfortunately can't remember. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"The front desk staff, Yanira, was extremely helpful and professional. She gave recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. They had maps with the best local places to eat and visit. We arrived very early and she held our bags, both for checking in and checking out. The property is VERY clean and well maintained. Housekeeeping, Elizabeth, was exceptional. We had trouble getting in the room. She let us in and got us new keys. My mother in law got a little confused and was lost in the...

"The property was very clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and the linens of good quality. The location was great and walking distance from many attractions. On the down side, the room did not have a window and that was not disclosed beforehand. Additionally, the thermostat display and the LED mirror switch were very bright which made it impossible to sleep without a sleep mask. On the plus side, Andre’s and Alix at the front desk were super kind and helpful with all our needs."

"Unfortunately when we arrived the back was not functioning. The staff were great and responded and said “fixed “ and the first night was horrible. Next morning we complained again and they moved our room and informed us there are certain rooms that are blocked off for Expedia and the original room was one of them. Other than that location, pool and beach were great! Check the AC upon arrival!!"
