"Bitterly disappointed with this hotel.
On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. "I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
