They said the breakfast was good and the two oldest did well on the pullout sofa (the first time they'd ever been so brave!) "They had told me when i booked the rooms they would get us into an adjoining room or at least on same floor but when we got there all they had was 2 rooms on first floor where there had been a leak and fans where strung through the hallway. Both rooms were dirty, the one room bathroom sink didnt work, toilet seat was only attached on one side. We had repeatedly had to ask for housekeeping that we never got and my daughter had to empty her own trash from their room because housekeeping never...

"The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed.
