"The place was basic. The room was quiet. Everything worked. The bed was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast included eggs. It is close to the airport, although the bigger consideration for me was the 30 minute drive to the Des Moines opera in Indianola. The biggest drawback was a second floor room and no elevator."

"Overall we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were very surprised to see a billiards table and game cart. We actually had some down time to use them. Loved the variety of seating options in the lobby and the small in house store. Around the clock free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is another bonus. The room was clean and the hotel was close to stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Our only negative was the cleanliness of public spaces. Elevator doors, tables in lobby/dining area, and garage cans outside could use attention."
