"Check in time was supposed to be 12pm, I arrived at 12:38pm and was told I couldn’t check in till 2pm because the rooms were not ready yet. I went down to order some food for lunch and it literally took an hour before I got served. I had to chase the waiter down to ask for my bill and then look for him again for my change.
