"Do not arrive before 3pm, you will be told to come back later. Think receptionist was having a bad weekend our stay… but rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, bagels, toast, coffee was a bit slow to be refreshed and hot plate was not hot… this was noticed on our 2nd day when “hot food” was to be microwaved. Laundry facilities were ok, standard US top loader and dryer. Finding it was a bit of a task, for reference it’s on the ground floor of building 3 by the gym and outdoor pool. $1 for wash and same for dry, but you need 25c… and reception may/may not have change. Location is good, easy to get about and recommend the Madison Brewery along the road for food and a choice of beers. Room was clean and large with coffee machine, fridge & microwave. Room only serviced if requested, fine as we were only staying 2 nights."

"The problem with the suites is that the cooking smell of the adjoining kitchen can really permeate throughout the entire space. So whoever cooked like a tomato sauce or something before I was there, I could really smell it in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable though. The room was clean. The bathroom could use some updating. The staff were very nice."

"Great location; walkable to restaurants. Spacious 7th floor room had a nice town and mountain view. All staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable; room very clean. Breakfast was minimal and uninspiring."
