We had a suite, more like a condo with full kitchen, huge bath and great living room. The place was spotless, large, quiet and felt very comfortable. We travel often and this was an excellent property.

We go to Western Massachusetts twice a year - some years it's more. Since discovering Berkshire Mountain Lodge, we have not been able to stay anywhere else. The staff have always been so pleasant and the room always smelled clean when you walk through the door.

Laundrette being free really useful. Coffee in main lobby superb quality. Only a few minutes from Market 32 for good food and provisions. A couple of downsides - check-in staff were not particularly friendly and there is a high deposit. Rooms are suites so loads of space.
