"Bed was reasonably comfortable. We were there during a heat wave, no fan in our room but one was provided for our second night. Parking was a bit of a challenge.
For Canadian travellers, not the traditional B&B, breakfast is not automatically included in your stay, check to see if you have paid extra!
Very busy street, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and book a room facing the street. Check in was fast and easy."

"Parking not included, have to book and pay using Just Park (limited spaces). Only the gym appears to be free, the pool and spa need to be paid for. Queen room was large with a nice deep bath. The room felt a little tired; minor holes in curtains, carpet not in the best condition, bath robes rough on the skin. Only 3 coffee pods in a room for 2 people which was a bit odd. I was staying alone so it was okay for me. Additional instant coffee on a tray in the cupboard. Toilet roll thin and poor...

"On arrival, the receptionist were rude And talking over us once checked into our room 313 it was out of date stains on the walls and dusty plus the TV was hidden me under the pillar. She couldn’t watch anything anyway the sleep was awful. Mattress was prehistoric and the pillows were flat as pancakes and small then went down for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was cold. Bread was still and coffee took 45 minutes to actually get to our table after eating our awful breakfast"

"Cardiff Sandringham Hotel is in an amazing location! A quick walk to anywhere in the City Centre. The rooms were comfortable, some construction noise during the time I stayed there.
