It was the first time I stayed at Divan and my expectations were high. Well, over all it was fine but the room service was absolute disappointment. I was at the room working and I ve asked a bowl of tomato soup and 45 mins. later i had to remind them and they finally delivered the soup but this time it was a lentil soup not tomato. This was obviously not expected from the highly recommended Divan. :(

The rooms are new, although we did not receive an upgrade the room was very satisfying, clean and modern. Staff was helpful, location is a short walk into the center, we have been sent a cake for birthday which was a nice gesture:)

Great quality, service and spacious
Divan Adana was a lovely hotel. We had a spacious room on the 8th floor. Divan is a top quality hotel and would highly recommend it to other visitors. The room service was presently beautifully and the food was delicious.

Aracimin vitesinde problem oldugu icin valeye vermedim. Sanki hakaret etmisim gibi muamele gordum. Resepsiyonist de tek basina calismasinin sebebi benmisim gibi davrandi. 2 haftalik bir seyahatin parcasiydi bu konaklama. O kadar farkli otellerde kaldim hic bir yerde boyle kotu bir muamele gormedim. Asla tekrar tercih edecegim bir yer degil.

Misleading advertising on hotel.com, book three nights and get third free, actually nothing free the price listed includes the free night. I made wrong decision because of the advertising, the total price almost like Sheraton and Hilton. Come to breakfast buffet, you not allowed to touch any of items and they will put in your dish what you select, the buffet is very poor, and the they try to cut costs, I'm never seen this in my life, they said this is because of covid 19, but it's not, it all about cut costs in every facility. I regret staying in this place, and will not think about stay again. They have a serious management issues and not sure how they mange to stay in the business. There are limitations for cost cuts, but they go far and beyond. Air condition is not working in the way from room to elevator and we were melt in Adana hot weather. We had electricit short cut in the room and water cattle working only one time and I have to ask every day to change it. The only good thing was reception staff who were very helpful and friendly and tried to help us.

The hotel reputation and reviews score is very high but it is about avarage not that 5 stars hotel especially in comparison with Hilton and Sheraton which all within the same price level
