The hotel from the outside is really beautiful and very nice. From the inside it’s very unique, kind of vintage, with a lot of art everywhere. The room is cute and the whole aesthetic of the hotel is really really nice. The rooftop is also very nice.
But there were a lot of down sides. We were on the first floor and there was no privacy at all, so we had to keep the curtains closed. There was a school in front of us and also a shop that fixes metal and wood, so in the morning it was very noisy with machine sounds and voices of kids and people.
I think because the building is old, you hear everything. Door slaps, people walking, noise from other rooms. It felt like we had no real privacy and it wasn’t comfortable for us.
The location is also not great. It’s far from the center and you can’t really walk there, so it’s not very tourist friendly. Comfort was not so good, very noisy, and the breakfast (even though it was free) wasn’t that good.
I like it as a memory, but I wouldn’t go there again.
