Bon hôtel

Cet hôtel est bien placé , en retrait de la rue principale, il est possible de se rendre à l aeroport 10 minutes à pieds. Hotel récent et propre, le personnel est agréable et serviable. Seul bémol, vous pouvez le trouvez moins cher sous un autre nom le whitecastel, c'est le même hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Un grand merci à vos services extraordinaires !!! Arrives à l’hôtel nos chambres ont été annulé et réservé à d’autres personnes Scandaleux pas un mail pas un mot ils n’auraient soit disant pas été payé Impossible de se faire comprendre avec un anglais absolut compris J’attends de vous de faire le nécessaire et de me rembourser la somme versée - au bilan j’ai du me payer un tax’ I supplémentaire vers un hôtel qui bien sûr était plus cher

Good service. Very helpful staff. Only complaints are their food. Almost no food and their breakfast for two are one omelet to share and six pieces of bread with jam.

I booked a room for 4 nights. Up on arrival they told me that there are no rooms available and that I will have to take another hotel even though I had a reservation receipt and already payed in advance. The manager on duty was very sorry and told me he can’t do anything about it. Happily I found a hotel close by and the White House Hotel payed my room in the new hotel. My friends travelling with me however were not that happy. They had to pay themselves in the new hotel and the rates were the double of those at White House Hotel. Therefore I would never ever recommend this hotel.

Felt small like a boutique hotel on a quiet street on the edge of a nice residential area, while being very accessible to the city and airport. The staff is especially kind and quick to attend to needs. The food is also very good. Only downside for us was that the room was a little small for all of our things, we are traveling with an infant. Also, no laundry service for our clothes. The shower doesn’t contain the water well so we needed to use towels to make a berm and becomes messy.

Good value for money

Relatively clean rooms and friendly staff. Despite what it says on hotels.com, wifi is available in all the rooms, and it is decent for Addis. The rooms are ok for the amount paid, but could be improved. Some of the finishing, including the bath rooms and the doors , are not standard for a 3 start hotel. Just changing the doors and the curtain in the bath room will go a long way to improve the look of an other wise nice hotel. Breakfast options are very limited and it takes too long. However, Himanot's genuine smile makes the wait worthwhile. Would also be good if they could change the furniture in the restaurant; its quality does not go with the quality of the hotel itself.

presidential sweet

About as close to a visit with relatives as you can get in the hotel. The hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication to service is unparalleled. The food from the kitchen was so good, it made it difficult to leave the hotel at times. The patio by the bar was the perfect place to sit with a book and glass of wine if you wanted a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I simply cannot overstate the experience and will not think to stay anywhere else when I visit Addis Ababa. THANK YOU White House!
