"Staff very unprofessional. Room was not clean . Carpet stained and furniture sticky. The room had a strong odor , and lobby smelled of marijuanna. Ownership has poor communication."

"The Motel 6 in Lewisville at Medical City and the other near Lakepoint Drive are relics of a bygone era. From the moment you step foot into your popcorn ceiling, cracked floorboards, and hole-in-the-wall-punched wall, you'll be whisked away to the memories of downtown New York City, or Chicago, or anywhere really, where a ghetto may exist. The cockroaches varied in size, from a couple of centimeters to a good old one-inch big boy. For the price of the room, it was $40 too much, out of the $60...

"Reserve non smoking room, 1st room gave me was very bad smell, 2nd room has had cockroaches. Towels too old, toilet water running too weak scared to use it."
