"The ONLY reason to stay here is if you want the pool. So many things wrong/ broken… so little room. Our slider door to the bathroom was stuck 1/2 way and maintenance couldn’t fix it, lightbulb burned out, tv didn’t work, breakfast VERY meager offerings and then ran out of cereal, spoons and napkins. Heard many people trying to get help with their issues. Ramada needs to take a look at this property to keep its reputation. "

"This is such a great property. Fabulous staff, lovely amenities including a fun pool and hot tub. Lots of gathering space in the lobby and amazing breakfast. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Des Moines. "
