"We traveled from Monterey on vaca with our 2 boys and took a chance at a no name hotel ( Inn) The room had no AC ( I guess I missed that part) tiny window for air flow. The hotel did not mention the pool was drained for our dates but did offer us to swim at the hotel next door. Lol Our boys were bummed. The room felt stuffy and the queen beds seemed more like a full size. We checked in saw the room and non amenities and walked right out. We kindly asked if we could have a refund or partial...

"We had an ocean facing room with a small balcony -2 comfortable chairs. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Adequate parking with full house. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. "Breakfast was hot water, coffee, small serving yogurt, sliced coffee cake" Housekeeping staff were fantastic, did a great job, and always had a smile and happy greeting. The morning front desk clerk for three days was a grump! Not much pressure in the shower."
