The hotel doesn't care about complaints and sends dismissive robotic replies. Spending over $500 a night for the poor experience with no compensation and a backhanded apology.
I had a similiar experience to someone else with a SCREAMING ear piercing alarm sound that went off in the apartment from about 12am to 2am.
The staff responded quick via email, but it changed nothing.
The sound gave me a debilitating headache and also stressed me out completely triggering my anxiety.
Don't expect a comfortable sleep as two single beds are pushed together to make a "double bed". Which has a crevass at the centre which is uncomfortable and pushes apart should you risk sleeping in the middle.
There are hotel beds that zip together and apart with even surfaces, so this can be rectified but why spring for a guests comfort? No no. You must make them uncomfortable as possible instead. I have worked in hotels. I know these beds exist, its just cost cutting and laziness.
The apartment was clean enough, but there was nothing to cook food in the oven. No trays. Nothing. Just standard racks in the oven itself.
The shower in the bathroom I was using flooded and I had to stomp my feet around the drain to try and unclog it.
I wasn't going to write a long winded complaint but the response I got for my secondary "did you enjoy your stay" email repeating the problems I had was as if the reader of my complaint just did not care whatsoever.
Still waiting on the $200 bond to be reverted to my card
