"We were able to get a room close to our friend’s and was able to check in a little early. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful too."

Reception asked us if we "sat on the toilet" when we immediately asked for a different better room and that "you booked through Expedia so you got a cheap room". He charged us a lot extra/night for an end room that overlooked the edge of the pool. The air conditioning was very loud all night and the internet was impossible to keep on—very disappointing based on room rate. The coffee maker in the room had no cups on final night. "Most of the rooms face Highway 19 the loudest most crowded road I have been on. So it is loud and roaring motorcycles and semi's well past 10 pm. The rooms are a bit musty smelling as this is a dated property. The bathtubs have a silly water facet with a crazy double dials. Save some money and try the much nicer and quieter Rodeway Inn in N. Port Richey and save $25. The rooms are more modern especially the bathrooms but do check to make sure the wall hair dryers work."

"There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. "

"The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back."

"Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. "

"Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Moldy, roaches, tried to tell me I l wasn’t getting a room with king bed when that’s what I payed for. Very scary room."

"It is a good place to stay! the place is clean and the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very useful for trips a little long, it is close to Starbucks, Walmart and several more stores, the pool looks very clean The only thing I would like you to add is pots and cutlery for the kitchen, I think it is the only thing that would be missing for the room to be a complete 10/10, I absolutely recommend this place."

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"There was no staff due to it being brand new! The owner Jeff was great and very polite and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and valued! It was very quiet and comfortable for my family. Only about a two block walk to the beach but being in the bay was beautiful to wake up to! "

"Rooms are dated. TV system terrible. Small screens, outdated guide, and poor picture. Rooms cleaned every 7 days not every day. Check in up a stairs. Extra charges for a lot. Resort charge of $15 per person per day, gets access to the pool."

"Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️"
