"The property was beautiful, the room was clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the only place to sit outdoor and enjoy the gardens is the pool/dining area, which is always very busy. The pictures make it appear that there are other outdoor areas to sit and read a book, for example, but that is not the case. "I was especially impressed by the welcoming staff, who were able to assist with needed and made us feel very welcome. Room was decent size, excellent aircon and WiFi (not a given on my trip). The shower was powerful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty. A very pleasant stay."

"It was a nice older property. We believed it was air conditioned but our rooms turned out not to be upon arrival. The in-room safe did not work. The weather was such that we could leave the windows open while we slept. Overall it seemed like a good value for the price. Nice people."

"The hotel is well situated for exploring the town and beach. The staff were helpful and the roof terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast. As the rooms are internally facing, it's noisy. The breakfast was OK, the lighting in the room (as seems to be always the way) was very poor and the towels were grey and scruffy."
