"This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. "Perfect for my needs."

"We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

"The resort was very clean, family friendly, and quiet at night, with a simple and elegant design. The hot water dispenser was very convenient. They also provided disposable slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap, which was a pleasant surprise—I’ve never seen such thoughtful amenities offered at accommodations in Canada before."
