This property is declining. We stayed there a year ago and there is a marked decline in the overall finishes of the property since then. The exterior and interior need repainting. There is failed wallpaper in the halls. There was a large oil spill in the parade that I stepped in and nearly fell when i exited my vehicle. The canopy in the courtyard is ripped and failing in a number of areas. Carpets need replacing throughout. The fridge in the room sits on the floor and slants toward the carpet causing the door to rub on the carpet and making it difficult to open. There was no freezer component to the fridge. The TV package is basic with very little to watch. the elevators creak and groan.

Hotel location was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hotel felt old and poorly maintained, with dirty hallways and stained carpets throughout. The room was very dated, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

dirty. feels unsafe and check in was supposed to be @4pm but they made as wait in the lobby for 1 and a half hours b3cause the room was not ready yet.coffee maker was so dirty, looks like was not cleaned for months. carpets and curtains was dirty.

Beautiful view of the mountains from the room. Although the hotel seems quite old and it does show in the rooms, I'd say that the beds and pillows were amazing. The room was also perfect temperature and the ability to control hear and cooling was much appreciated. You could not hear noise from the main road nor from neighbours in the adjacent rooms. They also offer underground parking which was a bonus. They included WiFi which was fast and helpful for my needs. Lastly, the room had a microwave oven and fridge which both worked great and were welcomed! Lastly the walk to the water is literally less five minutes so if you want something very close to Harrison Lake, check this place out.

My stay was good. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. There are some noises fr the room above me, but not that bad. Room is clean. It’s a budget hotel, if the room is clean which it is, it’s good. My only comment is about check in time, i arrived around 3 pm, but the front this is strict. 4 pm is 4pm, i went for a walk and come back at 4 pm and there was a line up for check in. It took me 45 minutes to check in. I think if somebody arrives early and if the room is ready, they should allow early check in. Otherwise my stay was good. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again in the future.

Toilet was missing a hose so there was no flush. TV wasn’t connected to the cable box because there was no HDMI cable. Front door to the lobby was broken Overall maintenance of the hotel is dated and the walls, doors, washrooms were unclean with obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff did as good as a job as they could with how busy they were but the hotel needs higher standards in terms of basic cleanliness and presentation.

Free parking is only available on the street. Hotel charges $10 for underground parking. We stayed in a pet friendly room on the 2nd floor which was not cleaned properly. Lake is a 10 minute walk. Overall the hotel is outdated.

The hotel is a little bit run down but the beds were clean, the wifi worked and the water was hot. There was a plumbing issue in the first room where water would not come out of the tub tap. Was given a second room and everything was was fine. Parking was nice and secure

Room was dirty, exposed electrical outlet in wall, only had hot water, water damage under the bathroom sink, bathtub was not cleaned and toilet water tank didn’t refill. We were moved into a new room which was better but that’s not saying much, this room had fingernails on the floor, and many strands of hair in the bed. Did not sleep well, checkout out well before 11am

We got to our room it looked nothing like the pictures. The room smelled like urine. The room looked like they were renovating but stoped the bathroom roof was coming down no hot water the fridge and microwave were so old and disgusting. The hotel it self had no amenities that they advertised. The halls carpets were full of stains and falling a part. They claim to have room service and restaurant but none. The rooms carpets were stained the beds were so old and the bed sheets torn and stained. Whom ever owns this should be ashamed. The pictures and descriptions on the booking sites are not correct don’t be fooled by this the pictures they are about 15 years ago.
