It was a 2 star at best. Ripped curtains furniture that needed painted .. taps so wobbly thought they might come out..tiles grout in shower disgusting. The ceiling tiles disgusting. Air conditioning did not work.. filthy windows The whole hotel has been let go and it shows . Very sad indeed.

Place needs a lot of work. Bathtub was clogged. Dry wall patches everywhere. A/C doesn't work. Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Feces all over the toilet seat in the lobby washroom.

we expected a basic/older hotel in need of updates but it was far worse than expected. our room smelled like gasoline and the front desk staff were not helpful at all. actually stated they couldn’t help us with the gas smell, had to prompt them to offer us another room. no AC, was very hot and they ran out of fans.

Besides the air conditioning not working, the room was filthy and in horrible disrepair. The front desk was rarely available to help. If I could have I would have slept elsewhere. I didn’t even use the shower because there was pubic hair and other hairs all over the tub. Disgusting! I didn’t want to move any furniture for fear of what I might find. Unfortunately no other accommodations elsewhere or I would have moved elsewhere

The room was very hot we been provided with another AC. The bathroom needs to be fix , pls provide rubber bathmat on the tub, its way to slippery while having a shower, anyone can ended up a broken bone especially theres no handle to hold on. ( outdated bathroom) I noticed we been given one small bar soap but has been recycled and repacked. I ended up buying our own. The window has few cabwebs on it, our quilt has no cover instead they used two sheets and the pillow was clumping and old. ( the thin pillow was folded in order to become a small pillow.. the information staff was friendly..

Room was relatively clean, went in expecting to see an absolute mess based on the bad reviews but was somewhat pleasantly surprised. Amenities and overall facility condition is quite old and outdated, AC isn’t really functional but they do provide a portable one that does function. Very close to the lake and beach but does not offer a real view to the lake from the rooms

There was no bathtub stopper; air conditioner hose was extended out of the open window, so not safe for young toddlers; window sills were dusty as the bathtub was little dirty.

The bed was great but the room was old and things were broken. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom and ceiling fixtures were loose and dirty. The air conditioner had poor outflow and the exhaust for the ac was ducted taped with cardboard to block the exhaust hole. The hallway lights were burnt out and the rugs were loose and not vacuumed. This hotel is not worth the cost of staying there. I won’t stay again

The only thing good about this hotel was the beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy. It was very dirty and unkept - the hallways had bits of garbage all through, dirt balls hanging on the walls and windows. There were no window screens. Very outdated. In our hotel room the bathroom door did not shut and if you did manage to shut it, you had a difficult time opening it. There was no a/c so it was very hot and because there were no window screens you couldn’t open the windows due to the fear of bugs coming in. The fridge was not clean, had a big brown stain in it. Stayed there with my minor daughter, will not stay here ever again, not worth it at all. I understand that it’s cheap to stay here, but there should be heath codes followed.

The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like. They say they have complimentary breakfast, but they don't. They say there is a Courtyard restaurant but it is closed. When we asked the staff about the restaurant, I was told "Oh, they are only closed today and tomorrow" Sat and Sun..........lol. The A/C was broken, so they had portable units and fans in the rooms. The hotel is very run down and not cleaned very well. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it!!!!
