"Wow. This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were beautiful, with the most stunning views of the mountains. The balcony with your own private onsen was heaven. The food, coffee, beer and snacks available on the 6th floor were tasty! I also had a massage during my stay and it was one of the best services I have ever had. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!! Absolute luxury."

"The spa was excellent! Great hot spring in the property! It is little bit tricky to have breakfast if you didn't reserve in advance. There were no buffet and reservatio only. "We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again."
