"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room.
The location feels pretty isolated too. You can walk to the beach, but there’s nowhere nearby for a quick coffee or dinner. It’s a shame because the place looks so...

"The staff and service here was impeccable. We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by them taking our bags to store and to give us information about how to get around the island and things to do. Even though check in wasn’t until 3 the lady at the desk let us have breakfast while we waited which was sorely needed after travel.
