"Online the rooms are advertised a lot nicer than what they actually are so this in return just put into a false mindset
When I arrived I was epexcting nice double bed with lovely balcony and what was actually provided was two single beds pushed together and old 70s duvet covers and nasty old fridge and leaky bathroom shower which caused loads of water on the floor I tried to complain about this I was met with someone will fix it and we can’t change your room some came at half 8 at night to look...

"Definitely wouldn’t classify this hotel as a 5 star. Although some staff were lovely, there wasn’t much incentive or effort with service. Upon arrival our shower was dirty with sand/dirt. Steep hills and there weren’t always buggy’s available. But again it’s pretty much down to service staff are very nonchalant."
