"Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. "Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung...

"We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly.
