"Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel.
However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed."
"This was my first time staying at the Atlantic Bay hotel and was not disappointed.
The staff were very friendly and easy to approach. While being in the bar areas, the staff would often circulate, asking guests for orders. There were plenty of activities to do during the day and various options for dining.
The room was very spacious and clean with outstanding views of the sea and surrounding areas. The king sized bed was very spacious especially for a solo traveller. The mini bar was complimentary, which you don't often see and restocked daily. The hotel also left chocolates and sweets on the pillows during the turn down service.
I attended the spa which was small but had what was required (steam room and sauna). I would highly recommend getting a massage from Olga. She hit all the correct spots leaving me highly relaxed by the end of it. She is also very friendly and attentive to all the clients needs.
The pool area is also very clean with plenty of sunbeds around. The pool itself wasn't cold at the time of visiting and deep enough to enjoy.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on attending again when I next visit by myself."
